## Transversal rules

- Never invent; mark every gap instead of guessing.
- Never explore the codebase.
- Hold intent, never implementation: solution-agnostic, no how, few acceptance criteria.
- Keep it readable: clear headers, bulleted criteria, explicit non-goals.
- Immutable once validated: never rewrite a locked spec.
