# SDD-RIPER Skill

Executes SDD (Solution Design Document) workflow with strict phase gating.

## Phases

1. Research - Investigate requirements
2. Innovate - Design solutions
3. Plan - Create implementation plan
4. Execute - Implement code
5. Review - Review and refine

## Phase Gate

Users cannot skip phases. Each phase must be completed before moving to the next.
