# Creative Writing Craft

How fiction works on the page: prose technique, scene mechanics, and style
analysis. This is the how-to-write layer. `/writing-principles` carries the
reader-reward model and failure-mode diagnostics; `/creative-writing-modes`
carries the production modes for putting prose on the page.

Load only the resource needed for the task:

- `resources/prose-writing.md` — psychic distance, free indirect discourse, rhythm, sensory grounding, interiority, POV.
- `resources/scene-construction.md` — scene entry, dialogue, pacing, transitions.
- `resources/style-analysis.md` — analyzing prose samples and producing style reference files.
- `resources/genre/` — genre-specific craft guidance when genre promise shapes the page.
