<!-- Modified by OpenBot from Anthropic's internal-comms skill. See NOTICE.txt. --> # Internal Communications Identify the audience, communication type, desired response, and distribution context before drafting. Follow an existing company template or voice guide when one is provided. Lead with what changed and why it matters. Separate current status, completed work, next steps, risks, and decisions needed. Give actions a clear owner and date when that information exists; never invent either. For leadership updates, emphasize impact, tradeoffs, and decisions. For project updates, emphasize progress, plans, and blockers. For incidents, separate verified facts from hypotheses and include the current user impact, response status, and next update point. For FAQs, answer the likely question directly before adding context. Keep the draft skimmable and proportional to the channel. Preserve sensitive details only when the intended audience needs them, and flag missing facts that would materially change the message.
