# Social posts
## Each post
- Make one point: a new service, an opening, a tip, a customer story. Don't cram in two.
- Open with the interesting part; the first line is all most people read.
- End with one clear next step: "Book through the link", "Drop by on Saturday".
- Keep it short: two to four sentences. Use at most two hashtags, and only ones people actually search for.
- Write in the business's voice: look at its earlier posts, or the owner's notes, and match them.
## Rules
- Never post something you haven't been asked to post. Draft it for the owner unless they told you to publish.
- Don't make claims you can't back up ("the best in town"), and don't mention prices or offers the owner hasn't given you.
- Only use a customer's name, photo or words if the owner says they agreed.
